These terms apply to invited users of the FreightCMD investor room. Access is personal, revocable and subject to the general Terms and Privacy Notice.
1. Confidential access
Materials, messages, meetings, forecasts, demonstrations, customer information and non-public metrics in the portal are confidential. Do not share credentials, links, recordings, screenshots or downloads with another person without written permission.
2. Permitted use
You may use the material only to evaluate a possible relationship with FreightCMD and for internal advice from people bound by equivalent confidentiality duties. You must apply reasonable security and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
3. No offer or reliance
Portal content is for discussion and due diligence. It is not an offer of securities, investment advice, a prospectus, a guarantee or a promise of future results. Forecasts and plans are uncertain and may change. Any investment is governed only by signed definitive documents.
4. Third-party and personal data
Do not attempt to identify drivers, clients, staff or tenants from aggregated material. Personal data and customer records may not be copied, contacted, profiled or used for another purpose.
5. Ownership and feedback
FreightCMD and its licensors retain intellectual-property rights in portal material. No licence is granted except the limited right to review it. Feedback may be used without obligation unless separately agreed in writing.
6. Revocation and deletion
Access may be revoked at any time. On request or when discussions end, delete confidential copies unless retention is required by law, and continue to protect any retained copy.
7. Liability and law
Materials are provided for evaluation and may contain errors or change without notice. Mandatory law and signed transaction documents prevail. Sri Lankan law governs these portal terms, subject to any binding agreement between the parties.
